Barry Crist
Likewise Software CEO
Prior to Likewise Software, Barry ran Mercury Interactive's Application Management group for the Americas, where he grew the business unit from negligible revenue to $75 million in annual bookings. Prior to Mercury, Barry served as a vice president and sales director at Network Associates (now McAfee), where he turned around several underperforming teams.
Barry worked in both sales and management positions at Trusted Information Systems (TIS), a leading network security software vendor that during his tenure went public and was later acquired by Network Associates. Barry worked for nine years at Apple Computer where he started in Information Systems. He later moved into field sales and then to Asia-Pacific market development helping drive Apple's explosive growth in those markets.
Cameron Myhrvold
Ignition Partners
Cameron is a founding partner of Ignition Partners and invests in software and infrastructure companies. In addition to the Likewise Software board, Cameron represents Ignition as director on the boards of Seven, Cloudmark and Lockdown Networks. He also acts as Ignition observer on the board of RLX Technologies. He previously served on the board of Consera (acquired by Hewlett Packard).
Prior to Ignition, Cameron spent 13 years with Microsoft, most recently as vice president of the Internet Customer Unit, where he was responsible for building business relationships with network operators and a broad range of telecommunications providers. Cameron created the Developer Relations Group, which evangelized Windows® and Microsoft's other operating system technologies to the independent software vendors and third-party developer community.
Cameron co-founded Dynamical Systems Inc, to develop multitasking operating systems for the PC, which he sold to Microsoft in 1986. Cameron earned a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Richard Fade
Ignition Partners
Richard is an Ignition Venture Partner investing in enterprise data and applications companies. Prior to Ignition, Richard spent 16 years at Microsoft in several leadership roles, including serving in the executive staff as a division-level vice president for the past 10 years.
Most recently Richard served as senior vice president of the OEM division, where he was responsible for Microsoft's licensing business with PC OEM and embedded device manufacturers. Fade served as vice president of desktop and consumer applications overseeing creation and launch of Microsoft® Office 97, Outlook® and several Microsoft Office product line extensions, including the acquisition of Microsoft FrontPage®. He was also vice president of Advanced Technology Sales, which later became the Internet Business Unit. Prior to that, he served as vice president for the Far East Region. Richard led the teams which produced the first successful double-byte versions of Microsoft Windows followed closely by Microsoft Office applications.
Richard served in several management positions in eight years at systems integrator Triad Systems. Richard earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Florida State University.

Dave Feinleib
Likewise Software Co-Founder
In addition to co-founding Likewise Software, Dave recently served as consultant for Mohr Davidow Ventures and Atrium Capital. Before that, Dave was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Ignition Partners. He also co-founded and served as vice president of product management at Consera Software, which was acquired by HP in 2004. Prior to Consera, Dave was co-founder and CEO of onDevice Corp., which was purchased by Keynote Systems in 2001. Dave also worked at Microsoft where he led marketing and development efforts for Windows.
Dave earned his bachelor's degree from Cornell University.
Tim McAdam

Tim McAdam is a General Partner at Trinity Ventures, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm founded in 1986 and focused on building leading-edge information technology companies. Tim has been in the venture capital industry for fifteen years, and currently leads Trinity's investment strategies in the enterprise software sector, focusing on systems management, security and Internet services. He is an active member of the Board of Likewise Software, Mirage Networks, Sabrix, Sciquest and Tippit, and was historically involved with a number of technology companies including Cyclone Commerce (acquired by Sopra/Axway), IntruVert Networks (acquired by NYSE: NET), Hummingbird Communications (Nasdaq: HUMC), Fiderus (acquired by NYSE: EDS), Trident International (acquired by NYSE: ITW), VTC (acquired by NYSE: LU), JDA Software (Nasdaq: JDAS) and Webhire (Nasdaq: HIRE).

Richard Seibt
Founder – Open Source Business Foundation
Richard Seibt served as CEO of SuSE Linux AG. In February of 2004, when SuSE was acquired by Novell Inc., he was appointed President of Novell EMEA. Since May of 2005, he has been focusing on a select group of Linux and Open Source projects and serves as Chairman of the Open Source Congress, "Open Source Meets Business", organized by Heise Media. In 2006 he founded the Open Source Business Foundation. In addition to Likewise Software, Richard serves on the boards of several other software companies including Open-Xchange Inc., Scali Inc., Kinamu AG, Collax Inc., eZ Systems AS, IISY AG, Evidanza GmbH, Polepositioner AG and others.
Richard began his professional career in sales at IBM in Stuttgart, followed by management positions in business development, sales and marketing first in Germany and later in other European countries. As the Managing Director at IBM Deutschland, he handled sales and marketing for IBM software products in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Richard has a degree in commerce and 30 years of international business experience in the IT industry.
